Super Salad Dressing for Super Skin!

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 teaspoon Tahini
  • 5-6 tablespoons Filtered Water
  • 1 clove Crushed & Roasted Garlic
  • Chilli Flakes to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste

Mix Tahini & Water together in a small pot until smooth and creamy. To begin with, the mixture may look curdled so just power on through with the mixing!

Add Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Chilli Flakes to taste and serve cold or warm on top of salads, roasted sweet potatoes or drizzled over roasted carrot chips.
