- 300g Roasted Hazelnuts (or hazelnut meal)
- 1 tin Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoons Rice Malt Syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon Vanilla powder (or extract or yummy vanilla beans)
- 1 teaspoon Cacao
Nada mas. Simple. Sweet. Such an amazing find.
Whizz all ingredients together in a food processor and in a tick, tick, BOOM! you’re done! Spread it on gluten free bread or just go all out and eat it by the teaspoon (just one at a time though because, despite it being healthier than the real deal, it’s still high in fats so moderation is key).
Somebody once told me “You can’t keep everyone happy. You are not a jar of Nutella.” Well, now it just might be possible.
